Our Fresh Sausages are immediatly flash frozen and vacuum sealed. Average package weight is 16 ounces. (1 pound) Each package contains 4 links. Our bulk sausages are not linked, but instead stuffed into 1 pound plastic tubes and immediatly flash frozen.
