Our hams are fully cooked and can be eaten cold. If you would like to heat them, and many do we recomend heating them for 15 minutes per pound at 325°, half ham time would be 2 hours, whole ham 4 hours. Be sure and place them in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water and cover with foil. Our hams are not a water added product and they can be overcooked which will cause them to dry out, results could be a dry, tough, salty ham. We dont want that to happen so heat them gently please!
