This is an Italian Style Smoked Sausage that is served at our local town celebration over the 4th of July every year, Booster Days. It has been given the name "Booster Dog" among many of the members of the organization.

Pork, Beef, Salt, Sugar Brown Sugar, Spices, Chili Powder, Sodium Phophate, Garlic, Paprika, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite
