Our hams are fully cooked and can be eaten cold.

If you would like to heat them, and many do we recomend heating them for 15 minutes per pound at 325°, half ham time would be 2 hours, whole ham 4 hours. Be sure and place them in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water and cover with foil.

Our hams are not a water added product and they can be overcooked which will cause them to dry out, results could be a dry, tough, salty ham. We dont want that to happen so heat them gently please!

Our Summer Sausages are all beef unless otherwise noted.

All Summer Sausages are a "Wisconsin Style" which means that they are fermented giving them a "tangy" flavor. We like a good amount of tang, and nice smoke flavor also. From start to finish in our smokehouses this takes over 24 hours for the flavors to develop! No liquid smoke in our sausage either, all natural mixed hardwoods in our smoke.
