Our Summer Sausages are all beef unless otherwise noted. All Summer Sausages are a "Wisconsin Style" which means that they are fermented giving them a "tangy" flavor. We like a good amount of tang, and nice smoke flavor also. From start to finish in our smokehouses this takes over 24 hours for the flavors to develop! No liquid smoke in our sausage either, all natural mixed hardwoods in our smoke. Summer Chubs weigh 15 ounces |
