For those of you who enjoy the great outdoors and coming home with some wild game to turn into meat, we offer wild game processing services. With our experience in butchering and cutting meats, our techniques allow us to retain the best portions of meat from your game. You are sure to taste the quality we provide when it comes to game meat processing. When it comes to making wild game sausage, we will provide up to 50 percent of our award-winning fresh Berkshire pork to combine with your meat. We’re certain that you have not experienced a sausage that tastes this good.
We vacuum-seal your game meat to keep it fresh and tasting amazing. We set incredible standards when it comes to quality assurance so you get the best product possible. We pride ourselves on providing you with quality sausage at a fair price. All sausages are made using 50% your wild game and 50% Fresh Berkshire Pork, raised with no antibiotic and vegetarian fed. We vacuum package sausage at no extra charge. When transporting your trim please use clear food grade plastic bags. We inspect all trim at time of drop off and again before sausage is made. Different minimums apply to different sausages products.

We work as fast as possible to produce your sausage, and this does take some time. Average processing time can be as long as 2-4 months due the large volume of sausages we produce. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Fresh Sausages require 12 1/2 pounds venison per sausage
Smoked Sausages require 25 pounds venison per sausage
All sausages are packaged in one pound packages for your convenience
All Smoked Sausages contain nitrites
Bratwurst contain no nitrites or MSG
We accept boneless wild game for processing September 1st - December 20th, December 27th - March 31st
We do not accept wild game on Sundays
We accept game birds for smoking the 1st -10th of the following months:
January, March, May, September and November
$2 per pound on start weight.
We accept fish for smoking 1st-10th of every month
$2 per pound on start weight
