RJ's Wild Game Sausage Price List
All wild game MUST be BONELESS, no blood spots, and no hair. Please use clear, food grade plastic for transporting meats. Please, no Garbage bags.
We do NOT process whole deer
We inspect all meat at time of drop off and again before sausage is made.

Jan 2 - Feb 28 2026
Minimums:
October -January 20 packs per sausage
February - 20 packs per fresh sausage (not smoked)
50 packs per smoked sausage
All smoked products contain nitrites and are cooked.
- All sausages are made using 50% your wild game and 50% FRESH, never frozen lean pork.
- Each pound of your incoming venison will generate two packages of finished sausage.
